Our team traveled further than expected, especially after how we seemed to be prepared and performed in our group, but I believe that the period will end here. In the tournament, we had a success against Lithuania and faced weaker opponents such as Poland and Slovenia on our way to the semi-finals. The French team is much stronger, except for one setback against Serbia, with three dominant players from Peru and the hosts Greece, who were also contenders for the trophy. I'm not sure how much we should consider our preparation for the match, but the French youth completely demolished our team with a score of 76-54. Our team also faced elite teams this year and received defeats without much resistance (-22 against FRA, 19 against Spain, -19 against Greece).
