There is simply a massive difference in quality between these teams. With this level of play, they will surely be demolished by any top teams in the world. The Dutch, on the other hand, are elite - just take a look at how they tore through the national teams in the Nations League, winning 3-0 against Spain. Their offensive game is explosive and I believe they will win this game 3-0.
