Quarterfinals. Series score 2:1. Dallas played poorly in the second away game, conceding two goals in the first eight minutes. It was natural for the conference champions to fight hard on their home ice to even up the series. However, when the action shifted to Texas, the situation drastically changed. The home team dominated and eventually crushed their opponents, winning 5:2.

At home, Dallas must play responsibly, as they have a great opportunity to increase their lead over Peru. It will be harder for Winnipeg again.

So far, the only Jets games that have seen more than 2.5 total goals have ended in wins.
