Johnny is a challenger player, although quite a decent one, but the difference in skill level is not bad at all, which is why many challengers get a chance to try out in the top league. Gwinn is a scary online player and a highly impactful player on the team, and also has the most freedom in the game... The overall difference is quite significant, and I don't think the odds reflect reality. I would give Gwinn 1.3 as the maximum in their head-to-head, the value is good.
