There is not much to say about the Southampton season in the Premier League, they are still able to historically achieve a high points total in the league, their defense is lamentable no matter where they play, they have conceded 68 goals, including 37 at home, and have conceded 2+ goals in 9 of their last 10 matches. Meanwhile, Wolves are very close to securing their safety, as they have a chance to be +9 from 18-19 position, with Ipswich and Leicester in relatively good form. It was difficult to find a way to improve their lead from the relegation zone. They have a good attacking team that ranks 17th among the second half of the table teams, only behind Tottenham and Brentford, with an average of 20 goals in 14 away matches. I have no doubt that against a team like Southampton, there will be many opportunities to score, with at least 2 goals being scored.
