This year, the Spurs have taken a big step forward with their veteran core and are demonstrating a stellar game at Wembley. Before the upcoming game, I want to mention that the Spurs have a record of 9-8 and 8-3 at home, where they have beaten teams such as the Wolves, Kings, OKC (excluding Wembley), and the Warriors. On the other hand, the Lakers have not been showing a strong game, although they have a 10-6 record and have won many games against weaker or injured opponents. However, it is worth noting that the Spurs were able to beat the Lakers on the road a couple of weeks ago in a game that was decided in the final seconds. It will be much more difficult for them in their second game at this arena, especially considering that the Lakers have not been performing well on the road overall. Even though both games will be played in two consecutive nights, I believe it will benefit the Spurs, who have a younger team and a deeper bench, and in situations like these, that can make all the difference.
