After last year's changes, Dallas is almost unstoppable with Gafford and Washington (excluding the Finals). This season, they have started off well with a record of 3-1, including a recent away win against Minnesota. The Rockets have a solid young team and were one of the biggest surprises last season, but this year they are struggling with a 2-2 start and losses against Hornets and Spurs. Their only impressive performance was against Memphis at home, but against Dallas it will be difficult for one of their leaders, Sengun, to score points against the front line. Overall, I am betting on Dallas with a higher odds as the reigning Western Conference Champions.
