I thought that Andreescu would fall in the previous stage against Haddad Maia, but the Brazilian suffered an injury. Once again, Andreescu is favored. I don't have trust in her current form and comparing it to Boulter's confident play, I believe we can expect an easy win for the British player.

Boulter plays very successfully in Japan, her shots from the right side are effective. She is only lacking a fully functioning first serve, which I hope to see in her upcoming matches. Boulter herself said she feels relaxed and ready for this match, with 'nothing to lose'.
