Yes, currently Shakhtar is not experiencing the best times. The war prevents them from signing talents as they used to do before. But I believe that bookmakers underestimate Shakhtar to some extent. They are still a good level team and can definitely compete against teams like Bologna. They always manage to find Brazilian players of decent level.
