Spain is far from being the undefeatable powerhouse it once was during the Gasol era, but their team is still very strong. On the other hand, the Puerto Rican national team is not a formidable opponent and is not a direct threat. The Spanish team has not lost a game in July, and they have played against tougher opponents.
