Compared to last season, only about half of the "Botev" team remained, with all the other players being newcomers. Looking at the preparations for the game, it seems that the team is gaining form and building chemistry, but all of the opponents have been from the local league. "Maribor" finished last season very strongly, starting the first half at the bottom of the league and finishing in second place. They have kept the core of their team and seem well-prepared, so it's possible that the game will end in a draw. However, a lot will depend on who scores the first goal and in my opinion, the representatives from Slovenia seem more reliable.
