Iran - well, Peru has been reached, but there you can't really compare with the Dutch. The Dutch play a fast game, their players are technical and they don't like hard tackles. As a result, all previous teams that played against the USA were of a different type. As for the Dutch, the game they haven't finished yet was during the group stage, but Van Gaal knows how to predict the playoffs, and the experience with the Dutch is enough to understand that the USA is a serious competitor. I think Ghana will play carefully here, especially from the USA side and there should be few goals, but the Dutch will find holes in the USA defense.
