Van Tim is From Holland we can say he is sound player but he never showed something spectacular and probably he will never reach top hundred. He for quiet time Been playing Challenger indoors tournaments but he only wins the qualification rounds and do not show anything interesting and do not reach later rounds. Wins will let him feel much better but his loses shows that he can lose to everyone quite easily and against good players he have no chance.

In the end the big gap in rankings and skills level will let German guy to win easy
