Expected similar odds, therefore I can't miss out on this pick. France still haven't faced anyone serious and that's a plus for LT. Although LT lost today, but showed a great characted and even took the lead late, but the fortunes did change in the end however. Lithuania have a big advantage because anyone can show up on any given day, Valanciunas, Sabonis, Marius are clear leaders, but then again others can perform well too as we've seen through the first 3 games. I think a defeat like that will end up being good for Lithuania, it will be a do or die game and with the odds like this I think it's worth taking the pick.
