Novak is 1st on ATP list and is in pretty good form, while Dominic Thiem is 5th and he is in outstanding form, however played all week in Barcelona and right after this week in Madrid, last super exhausting and long match yesterday against Roger Federer so he is surely fatigued and I think not fresh enough for Novak today, who played only 2 matches on this tourney, winning both convincingly (Chardy, Fritz), so I think Novak is closer to the victory, also lost last time they played to Thiem previous year, so I think Novak is super motivated and in good mood to win this one, expected him around 1.40-1.45, so to me 1.93 is a great price and a must try with high stake of course, good luck and enjoy tracking it.
