Aston Villa - Wigan

Strange to see Villa have odds over 2. I think they're the better team here. Villa have kept all the key players including Jack Grealish and have got off to a very good start beating Hull 3-1 away from home. Now they face the promoted Wigan who are an okay side, but not better than Villa. Villa were nearly promoted last year to the Prem and they simply have higher goals than Wigan this year which essentialy makes them better and having more proven Championship players is why I pick Villa to win, plus they are at home and will want to win the home opener like none other game. I think Villa will win 2-0. Wigan leaky at the back as shown in the opener, although they scored 3 goals, Villa have a solid backline and they'll shut wigan out
