Iceland u20 - Italy u20

The u20 eurobasket is well and truly underway. I'm picking italy's u20s -23.5 handicap. Italy have showed good basketball, beat down sweden easily then put up a very good fight with Serbia only losing at the end. Meanwhile, Iceland have been terrible, worst team of the group lost by 47 to serbia who italy nearly beat and then lost by 27 to sweden who italy dominated. 24 points isn't that much of a margin considering the level of teams and Italy must win this game too. I think italy will win by 35+
