Feel like this is a very good bet. Both teams have been score free with 8 goals each while sloppy at the back. Tunisia and Panama punished england and belgium during the tournament so with england and belgium attacking the way they are you can expect them to both score for fun here. We may see rotation players but players like Rashford Vardy Batshuayi etc are very capable and neither have any top class decent back up defenders which is a positive. I think we'll see an entertaining game, neither team has anything to play for other than 1st place, I think this will end in an entertaining 2-2 draw
