This handicap does not give money back in a 1 goal win, it's basically -1.5. England are much better than Panama, they got unlucky to not smash Tunisia, wasting a lot of chances. England's attack looked positive, they were quick, decisive and Kane looks in form this year. Alli will be out but will be replaced by a very talented Ruben Loftus-Cheek. Panama managed to lose 3-0 to Belgium when Belgium didnt even look that good. Panama are one of the worst teams in the tournament, they'll park the bus but eventually we should see England score. On their day England can win this 5-0, it may not come to that, but it will be an easy win for England
