Of course Fulham is a big favorite to win this game. Sunderland relegated while home team has all the motivation since they fight for the direct promotion. Expectation is that we will see a very weak visiting side without any motivation. I don't though see football to be as simple as that. Even Sunderland will have have ambitions towards this game - players wish to prove themselves to have some future in this league after such a poor display throughout the season. This game can be one that decides their future.
