For a buyins success would mean enough members shows interest.

We have ran a couple in the past and we are not against such tournaments. I would love to see some organized.

How about posting in one of the poker rooms on the forum: "buyin request for this poker room........". Also adding which days you would like to see such events. What sort of buyin amounts etc.

Members can post and state they are interested and comment thereafter with both positive and negative issues.

Presently we run freerolls at pdcpoker/carbonpoker, bodog poker, doyles room and full tilt poker. It would be natural to start focus on buyin tournaments on one of those poker rooms.

On June 20th, Full Tilt will host a 150-Seat Main Event Guarantee. The equivalent of $1.8 million will be on the line in this high-stakes tournament, which carries a buy-in of $640. There are a multitude of satellites running for it, with buy-ins starting at $1 or 50 Full Tilt Points (FTPs). The 150-Seat Main Event Guarantee kicks off at 18:00 ET on June 20th and will mark the watershed moment for a bevy of online poker players looking for last-minute seats in poker’s most prestigious tournament.

You can also qualify through Full Tilt Poker’s Daily Shootouts. Every day from March 24th to June 27th, two Daily Shootouts will be held. The first kicks off at 15:30 ET, while the second begins six hours later at 21:30 ET. Each Daily Shootout will have a field of 81 players and the buy-in is $216. One $12,000 WSOP Main Event prize package will be inserted into the prize pool and satellites are available starting at $1 or 50 FTPs.
