Poker Host Moves to Merge Network

Poker Host is the latest poker room to switch over to the Merge Network. They started on Microgaming, wet to Cake, and now are on Merge. Players Only will be switching over from Cake to Merge also. I wonder if Doyle's Room is going eventually too? Anyone know?

Honestly, the whole idea of having multiple skins for a network installed is starting to seem pretty silly, not to mention frustrating, when they start peeling off of one net to move to another. I mean, how much difference is there from one skin to another really other than some private games and some skin-specific tournaments?

I agree, I now have five cake skins(before Players moves) and three merge skins. I rarely play on merge, and I prefer Cake over Merge.

Lock Poker is also moving to the Merge Network in mid April. They are currently on the Cake Network.

Eric "RIZEN" Lynch is a VP for the site.

Is there some reason that anyone's heard that all of these skins are starting to abandon Cake? Seems like a rush for the door even though Cake added a whole bunch of new skins recently. Or maybe that's the reason why. . .

Players Only moved to the Merge Network on April 15TH. Just downloaded the software today.

Gold cards, gold chips, etc:

1 Cake Gold Chip = 20 VIP points
1 Cake Gold Card = 1 VIP point
$0.01 in tourney ticket from Cake = 1 VIP point
$1 pending bonus at Cake = $1 pending bonus at Merge

Players Only is running a $100k freeroll on May 30th!
