Yes, if they do not call , write a support to call back if there's identity - be asked to keep a couple of questions about the personal data.

I remember I received a call, but I couldn't pick up, so afterwards I send them a copy of my passport and asked to enter my information, because the page always displayed that I enter my passport code incorrectly (or something like that). And they did. They are pretty serviceable π

One morning I transfered some euros to my account (decided to play some casino π ), I won a little, but this is not important. I have money in my account, I declined all of the bonuses. And I log in now it shows my account is empty. I played a little from sports to casino, from casino to sports. Maybe the money was lost somewhere inbetween π And right when I decided to open a help chat, my money appeared again. At first I thought this page is very solid, but I've started to doubt. Maybe they are not? Maybe they expect that people will lose their money sooner? And why my money was gone at first?
