For the ladies?

Hi
Here in the UK Bingo is I assume seen very much as an activitie for the ladies only at the local Bingo halls. I hear from female freinds that few men are actually seen in the halls, however online bingo seems to be very popular with men. Anyone hazard a guess as to why men seem shy to visit real Bingo halls?

In India, also Bingo i a manily ladies activity. Most Sundays the local clubs will hold a bingo evening - then women and children play, the men have a drink and chat or just watch.
I also wonder why.
My husband also does the same thing !!

The thing is that in working mens clubs at bingo time you will see men sneaking into the room just before the games begins and then off they go again at the end hoping not to be noticed. Shame really as they do seem to enjoy it.

In the UK I guess it is all very much traditional that the women go to Bingo halls for their night out and the men spend their time in the betting office. For many years the betting office was a male dominated area where very few ladies would venture. Bingo halls were the only means they had to gamble but of course now the way the internet has taken gambling to a new level they are much more involved

I agree about women being an important factor in gambling now. Especially with the ease of being able to gamble. It would be interesting to know how much effect they have had on the amounts of money put down in stakes over say the last decade.

For manuy years the bingo hall was the only place where women could go for a chat and entertain themselves with a little flutter. Men had so many outlets and still do so I don't think we will see a huge exodus into the Bingo halls in the near future😄

I guess since most women dont prefer playing real gambling games so they play bingo , for them it might be more fun than playing poker

I hate poker but I do want to learn, the only reason I don't so called like it is because I can't understand the crap.
