In my calculations fair odds for this bet should be 1.65. But i imagine that the bookmakers are giving these high odds because they expect both teams to play carefully and end 1:1 or 2:1 at best, because these teams are both bottom half teams and every point matters to them. But i think that because of that, both teams should play for the win here, because there is never a better chance to take 3 points than playing versus a team that is same quality like you. Both teams have a terrible defense and a decent offense, so there will be many chances to score and goalkeepers are also very low quality ones in these teams. If they will convert at least 1/3 good chances that they will create, this game should end up being very high scoring. Quick goal would be very helpful.
