Poker is more a game of skill than a game of chance, so game operators should not be prosecuted under the federal law the prohibits running an illegal gambling business.

Bulls eye mike you hit the spot. I don't know if they are crazy or not but playing poker uses metal skills. You cannot win poker if your not mentally skilled enough to play and how come it is a game of chance when your the one need to make the right move to win it. A game of chance would be lottery and slot not poker.
